Information submitted
Gold Skyline receives the details visitors choose to provide through transportation, driver-interest, CDL-interest, review, and general-inquiry forms. The website does not request Social Security numbers, full driver-license numbers, banking information, medical information, background-check records, student names, or identity documents.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to review the request, communicate about next steps, operate private staff workflows, and maintain records related to the inquiry. A transportation request is not a reservation or confirmation.
Private storage and delivery
Submission records are stored in private staff systems. Transactional email providers may process the information needed to deliver staff notifications and customer confirmations. Public browsers do not receive internal status, staff-notification data, or provider identifiers.
Pageviews and campaign attribution
In Production, the site may record pageviews and a small set of conversion events without form contents. Query strings are removed before pageview events are sent. Approved campaign source, medium, campaign name, a controlled first-landing route key, and a recognized referrer category may be stored privately with a submission so Gold Skyline can understand how an inquiry reached the site. Unknown paths become “other,” and unknown external hosts become “external-referral”; the raw values are not retained. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, routes, destinations, dates, review text, and applicant information are not sent as analytics event properties.
Customer reviews
A review can publish automatically only after the reviewer consents, the request reference and private email match confirmed Gold Skyline transportation, and the submission passes anti-spam and validation checks. The public sentence is generated from a selected experience summary; optional detailed comments, verification email, and operational data remain private. Names and organizations appear only when separately permitted. Gold Skyline may remove spam, private information, or inappropriate content.
